Days 11 - 15: The Manifestation Phase
This is known as your ovulation period. Although all the three sex hormones come into play at this time, it's estrogen and testosterone that will influence you the most during this time. Between the surge in estrogen enhancing your mental clarity and moods, and testosterone giving you motivation, drive, and energy, this is a great time to start a new project, lean in to a difficult task, or add a few more things to your daily to-do lists.

I made a drastic career change in my 40's with the process I share in the program. To say it was terrifying is an understatement. I was already running a construction business with my husband, a mom to three kids with activities up the wazoo, those of you that know, know!! I was a glorified taxi driver, a chef, a house maid, a wife, I wore many different hats and was absolutely exhausted. There was no way in hell I could add a brand new business venture to the list. But I did.
I enrolled in a program at CSNN to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, all while living in an RV while our house was being built. It was a really stressful time but I felt a pull, I felt connected and knew without a doubt that this was my path. Maybe some of you feel that same pull towards something. Like this isn't all I'm supposed to be.
How did I do it? I got really connected to my vision and aligned myself mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically to receive all that I needed to fulfill my dreams. I trusted the process and had faith that what was meant for me, will find me. ♡

Ideal Emotional State:
You may feel a spark of creativity, be a great conversationalist, feel strong and beautiful, have a fired up libido, or feel just plain motivated. This is a fantastic time to run that marathon you've been talking about, clean out and organize your pantry, or start planning that new business. Whatever it is, take advantage of this time. Learning how to make your cycle work for you, not against you is your superpower.
Ideal Nutrition:
We shift to foods that nourish the gut & liver, and support healthy hormone metabolism such as cruciferous vegetables, leafy greens, bitters, seeds, fermented foods, berries, dandelion tea, and spices. It is incredibly important at this point for our body to be able to break down estrogen, and either; readily use, or discard what it no longer needs.
