The Hormone Reset Method

The Hormone Reset Method is built for women’s specific and complex hormonal needs, based on the principle of habit stacking in key areas of body, mind, spirit and , of course, nutrition! My signature program is 12 weeks in total and is broken down into two areas; (1) COACHING - daily education on the why, mindfulness practices, lifestyle recommendations, and more, and (2) NUTRITION - with focus on key nutrients to bring systems in the body back into balance. My goal here is to provide practical learning and tools for your well-being in a way that flows from day to day, without adding additional stress to your already busy lives. I take a holistic approach to design your unique circle of health and embrace solutions for perimenopause, fertility issues, weight gain, anxiety, fatigue, bloating, depression, brain fog, and all that comes with being a cycling women. 3 Month Program

☑️ Personalized Initial Wellness Session (In-Person or Zoom)

Your journey with me begins with a personalized initial wellness session to discover your unique circle of health, and develop a plan to get those hormones firing again. Prior to your session, you will have two sets of forms to fill out, a Lifestyle Assessment Summary & Nutri-Systems Profile. These forms allow me to get to the root of your hormone imbalances. During this wellness session, I will ensure you're fully set up and all your questions are answered, laying the foundation for your success.

☑️ Two Video Progress Check-ins & One Private Final Follow-up Session (In Person or Zoom)

Receive two private video progress check-ins with ongoing, personalized therapeutic protocols. These include dietary adjustments, lifestyle changes, and supplement recommendations, all tailored specifically to your Nutri-Systems Profile results after each phase completion. Engage with me one final time at program completion to go over results, celebrate your wins and chat about wha't’s next now that you’ve found your Superpower!

You will have direct message support from me through your own client portal, to help you stay on track and motivated. This client portal also houses your entire journey; your program, tasks, forms, journals, session notes, nutrition protocols, recipes, grocery lists, and supplement recommendations, ensuring you have all the resources you need at your fingertips.   • The investment to join my signature program can be discussed during your Initial Wellness Session. Payment plans are available.

  • We have many clients who are able to successfully submit their program invoices. It will depend on what's provided by your benefits, insurance, or HSA company.  Please contact your provider directly.

    Our services are covered under "Nutritional Counselling" as I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. It would NOT be covered under Dietician or Naturopathic Doctor. We are NOT able to do direct billing or can not provide insurance codes, billable hours or medical records.
